Our practice has increasingly become focused on representing employees with disabilities and employees who have had cancer, heart attacks, organ transplants and other serious medical problems. Too often these employees find themselves suddenly out of a job while already having to deal with the emotional and financial stress of recovering from a serious illness. We represent clients who have been wrongfully terminated during their medical leaves of absence or when they attempt to return to work. We also assist clients who need special accommodations to enable them to continue working.
